If, upon receiving our products, a customer is not satisfied with them or finds them to be faulty, they may return the parcel to our warehouse in China. They must include a note inside the parcel stating their name, contact details and whether they wish to exchange the product or receive a refund. Once we have received the product, we will issue a full refund to the customer.
